Terms of Service

Voyagis is a digital, online-only subscription that generates travel itineraries, visual boards, packing lists, budget bands and teaser-reel storyboards from the information you provide. It is a planning and creative tool, delivered as software; no physical goods are sold or shipped.

Voyagis does not book, sell, resell, broker, or collect payment for any flight, hotel, ticket, transport or travel product, and does not process any third-party travel payment. We are not a licensed travel agent or tour operator and our plans are not protected by ATOL, ABTA or any equivalent scheme.

Budget figures are estimated ranges in US dollars for planning only. They are not quotes, offers or prices, and they are not financial, investment or tax advice. You are responsible for all bookings and spending decisions.

You are solely responsible for verifying visa, entry, customs, health, vaccination, insurance and safety requirements with official government and provider sources before you travel. Voyagis does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality or safety of any suggested route, venue, timing or activity, and accepts no responsibility for the feasibility or outcome of any trip.

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. The service is prohibited for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use Voyagis lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use it to plan illegal travel, immigration fraud or evasion of controls, to upload others' private photos without consent, or to abuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

You keep ownership of the inputs and reference photos you provide and grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service, as set out in our Content License. Generated results are provided for your personal and internal use subject to that licence.

The service and all generated content are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOBILITY IBI EGIS (MOBIIE) LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on generated plans. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, they are unaffected.

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified and take effect for future use. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Questions: support@mobibiegimob.shop.
