• Account data: name, email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Trip inputs: the trip descriptions, preferences and any reference photos you provide to generate a plan.
• Generated results: the itineraries, boards, budget bands and reel storyboards produced for you.
• Subscription & billing data: plan, status and billing metadata. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Support data: messages you send us and our replies.
• Technical & usage data: device, browser, IP-derived region and basic interaction events, collected with essential and, where consented, analytics cookies.

Directly from you (forms, the trip workspace, uploads and support messages), automatically from your device when you use the site, and from our payment processor for subscription status. We do not buy personal data from third parties.

• To provide the service — generate plans, exports and reels, and run your account (performance of a contract).
• To take payment — manage subscriptions and receipts (performance of a contract).
• To support and secure the service — answer requests, prevent abuse and keep the platform safe (legitimate interests).
• To improve the product — aggregate, non-identifying usage analysis where you have consented to analytics cookies (consent / legitimate interests).
• To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).

We do not use your trip inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models.

We share the minimum necessary with processors who act on our instructions:

• Hosting & delivery: Vercel (application hosting and content delivery).
• Payments: Stripe (subscription billing; Stripe is the card data controller for payment processing).
• Database & storage: Supabase (account records, leads and uploaded reference files).
• AI generation: our image and text generation providers, which process trip inputs to produce your results.
• Email: our transactional email provider for receipts and replies.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some processors operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or adequacy decisions.

• Account and subscription records: for the life of your account and up to 6 years after closure to meet tax and accounting rules.
• Uploaded reference photos: cleared by default 30 days after generation unless you delete them sooner.
• Support messages: up to 24 months.
• Analytics data: in aggregate or pseudonymised form up to 14 months.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, scoped service credentials and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and regulators of a reportable breach as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure of categories of data collected and shared and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing”.

Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, email support@mobibiegimob.shop; we respond within the statutory timeframe and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Plans are generated automatically but are non-binding creative suggestions; we do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you by automated means. Voyagis is not for children: the service is prohibited for anyone under 13, and 13–17 year-olds may use it only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
