Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee.

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; the current month is not pro-rated or refunded, and access continues to period end.
• Yearly plans: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid year. We do not refund the remaining months unless required by law.
• Unused monthly allowance (trips or features) does not roll over and is not refundable.

If you are charged in error, twice, or after a confirmed cancellation, email support@mobibiegimob.shop within 60 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge to the original payment method.

If a generated itinerary, board or reel storyboard does not meet your expectations, contact us first — we will regenerate or adjust it. Because plans are delivered digitally and immediately, dissatisfaction with a creative draft is not by itself grounds for a refund, but we aim to make it right.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, note that by starting to generate plans immediately you may acknowledge that the service begins during any cancellation period. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Email support@mobibiegimob.shop from your account address with your account email and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds through Stripe to the original payment method.
